Icloud - numbers document is not being pushed to my iPad,

This was working before and it just stopped. none of my setting have changed which really irritates me, I have better things to do then track down why this stop working out of the blue. Can you tell im not a happy camper! Apple wont talk to you without money up front as if they dont already have enough.

Once this is set up it is supposed to just work what a bunch of BS. If I wanted this kind of nonsens, I would have stayed with Microsoft.
