How do i get the code to unlock iphone 4s
I am currently with T-mobile but want to move to O2 when my contract ends. Thanks

Only the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock it.

There is no code given to you. You ned to request an unlock from T-Mobile. Only carriers can approve unlocking, and if they do so, it is done through a restore in iTunes once the carrier has arranged for it.
If you are using an iPhone with T-Mobile, the iPhone is already unlocked. If you are using a carrier-locked iPhone, then you need to contact the carrier that holds the lock.

The above comments apply to US iPhones on the T-Mobile network. At any rate, you don't get the code. The code is imbedded in the firmware and software that is installed on the iPhone. Only the carrier can alter the contents of the imbedded package.
