How do I play TV shows purchased on my PC?
Pretty simple. All I get is a black screen with no sound.

Well, what's to say? It's a notebook running Windows 7, and it handles everything else I throw at it. The info bar says the show is running, but the screen is black and there is no sound.
Well, for example which device are you trying to play the TV show on and if it's the Apple TV what method you are trying to use.
Apple or Microsoft sent a fix overnight, and now all is well. Thanks for your time.
