Jul 2, 2013 2:37 PMby varjak paw,Go into the Restrictions in the General settings on your iPad, activate them and set up a passcode (do not forget this passcode), then turn off the option to install apps and make in-app purchases. Then change the password to your iTunes Store account.

The iTunes Store always sends a receipt to the email address associated with your iTunes Store account, so yes, you'll be notified of all purchases, even those at no charge.
