Q: Find My Friends Not Showing Someone's Location On A Replacement Phone

Ever since my fiancé had to get a new iPhone it always tells me his location is unavailable. He is able to see my location. We've both tried to figure out the problem and gone through all of the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing works. Help!
