ipad keeps turning off

ipad keeps turning off

My Ipad mini keeps shutting down. I have lots of battery power, so I know it isn't that! I turn it completely off and then on again, but still every couple of minutes it shuts down and starts up again. Any answers would be most appreciated.

Logic Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
