I assume that the keyboard and mouse are known to function. If a previous owner hot-plugged either, the ADB may have been damaged. The unit must be powered OFF, before connecting/disconnecting ADB peripherals.

We just moved a couple of those CPUs the other day. Can you indicate your location with the name of a city near you? A user group might be nearby.
