I am no longer able to log into my bank account, work email or credit card webpages. What can I do?

All of a sudden I'm having having problems logging into my bank account, work email, and my credit card webpages. I'm able to log into these websites on other computers. Im not sure what to do.

If you are using Safari ...


From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Reset Safari


Select the top six boxes then click Reset.



Quit and relaunch Safari to test.


If that didn't help, open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder


Type or copy paste the following:


~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db


Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.


Quit and relaunch Safari.


See if that worked ...
