If I sync my iphone to my new computer will it erase all of my music from my iphone?

I recently purchased a new computer and began using that iTunes for my iPhone but it's not allowing me to download music from the iTunes on my new computer. If I sync my iPhone to the iTunes on my new computer, will it erase all of the music that I currently have on tmy iPhone? If yes, is there any possible way to sync my phone to the iTunes on my new computer without it erasing all of my music?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4
