icloud contacts only 10% synced on iPhone

I am having issues after restoring my iphone.

I seem to only have 49 contacts on my phone whilst on my computer I have 480 contacts.


Both are synced to the same account for iCloud.

Its never happened before using iCloud since the beginning, only just issues happening now.


Can someone please help?

After about 10 deleting of my iCloud account and then relogging in on my iPhone it finally synced.
