I have tried to activate my HBO Go on my apple tv multiple times, however, it will not work on my apple TV! I have gone to the hbogo.com/activate on my computer, entered in the code, and the website says I am activated. However, when I try to watch HBO Go on my apple TV, it will not let me watch. I have infinity comcast. Is anyone else having similar issues?
actually, this problem is most likely a very simple one. once you have "activated" the device and reach the screen that says "success, etc..." then don't hit the "menu" or any other button on your Apple TV remote, just let it be. After 10 seconds or so, your screen should show the "HBO Go" menu...now you're good to go.
if you were hitting the "menu" or any other button on the remote prior to the HBO Go homescreen appearing on its own, it was not fullly initializing.

I would recommend contacting Comcast's support, as they (in combination with HBO) operate the activation system, which AppleTV checks to authorize the HBO Go application.
