icloud Layout slow !!! PLease Redesign and Fix this

Apple please!!!!!! Icloud.com (webmail) its so Slowwww and instable.

refresh email instable.

Old process to atach files, poor layout and sloww... ( N, X or Y Browser )

All product apple its evolution include IOS but icloud.com not evolution

Redesign layout and facility acess for people to PC ( to use in travel to N, X,Y machine) pc or mac.

Or create Software email for all system, PC and MAC
