i got iphone configuration utility last night and it was giving me all types of error but im getting this one the most

IPCU.ex entry point not found the procedure entry point ucnv_open could not be located in the dynamic link library c;programfiles/commonfiles/apple/apple application support/corefoundation.dll. im lost and need help
