I try to reset my password at APPLE ID, I get an OK message but I do not receive any email for that. What can I do?

Moreover I got today an email that said:

Your Apple ID was just used to download Doodle Jump HD FREE from the App Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID.

This download was initiated from the United States.

If you initiated this download, you can disregard this email. It was only sent to alert you in case you did not initiate the download yourself.

If you did not initiate this download, we recommend that you go to iforgot.apple.comto change your password, then see Apple ID: Tips for protecting the security of your account for further assistance.

And it was not me!! I tried to reset 5 or 6 times my password but no message in my inbox. (the email that I was successfully registered in the community here was sent OK.)


What can I do? I still can enter into my APPLE ID with my current password but I want to change it.
