Q: How do you change the language back to english

I went to pull pictures off my phone onto my laptop and the phone when syncing up said it need to restart and when it did it was in a different language. How do I get it back into English?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

See if you can go to Settings/General, right beneath the layout options for the keyboard are the settings for language.
