My faceTime got deleted accidentally. Please help me what to do now? Can i download FaceTime again on my iPhone 4S ?

There is no facetime app on an iphone, it is access thru contacts http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4319

Go into settings on your iPhone, and then tap on facetime. You can turn facetime on again here.
