Apple Return Programme

Hi,

almost a year and a half ago, I sent an Apple Power Mac G4 through the Return Programme powered by Dataserv.

I have not received any feedback, or gift certificates, etc.

A few months ago I wrote an email to the Dataserv but just the same, no answer.

Has anyone used this program? Can you tell me some details how to find out what happened to that computer?
