my home button doesnt work

Make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and get it serviced. Back it up before you go.

For now use assistive touch as a replacement for your home button not working.

settings>general>accessibility>assistive touch

But in terms of the button probably easiest thing to do would be to back up your phone and then book an appointment at an Apple Retail Store to have your phone evaluated.
