Q: Can't play songs on iCloud

Since upgrading my iTunes, I can't play my songs from iCloud and of course it is nearly impossible to get support from Apple.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

I'm having the same problem but I'm not using Match. Windows 7, iTunes 11.1.1.11. I verified that my iTunes was authorized, the songs are just greyed out and I can't do anything with them except get info which tells me that I purchased them.
