Is this Safari compatible with Mac OS X 10.7.5 Lion? my Safari is broken, (won't launch) and I need to do a new install.. been spending 1/2 a day trying to find a link to download a version of Safari that could work.. how hard could this be?

The only way to reinstall Safari on a Mac running v10.7.5 is to use OS X Recovery
Restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
Apple does recommend a high speed broadband internet connection for reinstalling OS X as noted from the link above.
Safari is not available as a standalone download for Mountain Lion.
