Q: iTunes U won't post my review, is there something shady going on?

I Wrote a review for a corse on iTunes U and when completed I hit the submit button and typed my password in, but low and behold when I go back to see if my review has been submitted, nothing, this is kind of irritating because if they have the option to review and you take the time to type a review it should be posted, or at lest notified that their is something written that needs to be removed. Hope someone can help me, thanks.
