How to reverse charges from the iTunes store for in App purchases made by kids

My kids had friends over yesterday and today and their friends made a bunch of in app purchases unknown to me or my kids. I have been hit with over $720 in charges. How does a .99 cent game have a $99.00 in app purchase in it? I want a phone to reverse the charges. Thanks...
