Q: deactivating 4g service for iPad when iPad is broken...

My iPad recently managed to find it's way between my bike saddle bag and spokes and managed to get torn up... the issue is that I cannot turn my iPad back on to deactivate my recurring 4G coverage. Any idea how one would be able to go about doing this?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.1.2

This is how you do it if the iPad was working.

iPad: How to deactivate a cellular data account

You'll have to call your carrier to cancel.
