So it downloads fine but then when it comes time to open I get a message saying it's locked or on a locked drive or I don't have permission to write or something. Is that an issue with it or windows?
Seriously I have no clue. No matter where I download it to the same problem occurs. Is it Windows having the issue or itunes? How do I fix it?
