Q: My 8GB iPod Touch 4th gen will only store 6.46GB? wont let me upload anymore songs. can anyone help..

Hi, when i try to connect my ipod to my computer it wont let me update my songs. says there is insafishant space on my ipod when the capasity is only 6.46GB and my ipob is 8GB.. does anyone now why this is? thanks.

The 8 GB iPod on has 6.4 GB available to the user. the difference is due to the operating system taking up most and the remainder of how GB is advertised and used/reported
