Profile Manager keeps Exchange info even after a wipe and remove

We have a problem wite Profile manager and Exchange info.

I enrolled the iPad using one of my Active Directory users (User_A). I added the device to a group with a profile that sets up the exchange account information and everything seemed to go fine. I wanted to try again so I wiped the device and removed it from profile manager. This time I enrolled it using a different Active directory user (User_B). When I added the device to the group profile, on the exchange setup it was still asking for the password for SmithJ, the first user.

It seems to me that Profile manager is holding information about that device even after I removed it from profile manager.
