Hi, i have an iphone 5 it suddenly with black and no picture and i only can hear siri when i click home button twice and the iphone is still with warranty and the iphone a bit damaged but not is screen or back just side, please let me know what can i do.

Display has no backlight or dark screen
- Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
- Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
- While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
- If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

It was almost fully charged. This has happened before, but usually after the screen goes black I can power it off. This time I could not turn it off. I hear the ding when I plug it in. I hear the phone ring, but I cannot answer. Before it went totally black the screen was frozen. I can hear Siri.
