My ipod Nano won't turn off. I just added an Audible book, everything was working perfectly before I added it...I was careful to use my computer's "It is now safe to remove hardware" feature before I disconnected, the new book is on the Nano, but the Nano is stuck on. What can I do about this?
Thanks for your help and suggestions. Shoshana
Thanks! I did try that, but I will try a few more times. I didn't know that it might now actually reset, even though I saw the Apple logo. I'll be back to let you know what happened!
It worked! Thanks sooo much. I can't find a place to change my designation of your reply from "helpful" to solved...if there's a way to do that, please let me know. I'll be back to take a look.
