Other music should be on your computer and just sync it. For information on how to sync music read this, this and this. As to photos the photo stream is in the backup that you should have of your old phone. Any other photos that you imported to the phone should be on your computer
How do i retrieve photos and music ??? i broke my phone and instead of fixing it Apple have replaced it so i have had to start again. I have managed to get my contacts back. thanks
