can't empty trash

can't empty trash

Recently I've been having trouble emptying trash. After several unsuccessful attempts using the graphical interface, I tried the terminal. And I still couldn't empty the trash. Is there another solution?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion, 2.93 GHz Intel Core i7

Try this:

Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on resolving Trash issues.

You can't empty the Trash or move a file to the Trash

I helped Option when emptying, and now it's empty 🙂
