What's the best way to transcode H.264 video footage from a Canon DSLR to Apple ProRez 422 and inport into FCP 7?

Thanks, Russ. I'd like to the the Canon plug-in, but, and I know this sounds really lame: when I go to the canon site, i simply can't find the screen you put up on your Reply. Also, in the screen you put up, I don't know what software I'd choose. The OIS MOVIE plugin-E1 says it's for FCP 1.4. I'm running FCP 7.
Sorry to be lame with this, but I could use a bit more help.

Thanks, Russ. I think my problem is that i don't know what camera my cameraman used (except that it's a Canon DSLR). I believe i need to find out the model, then i'll be able to see if this plug-in works with it!
