NO WI-FI ENABLE
In Settings. Wi-Fi is gray and showing No Wi-Fi. Can't enable Wi-Fi
Did Reset Network Settings under General\Reset\ No change
Turned off the iPone and turn back on, No change
Please help

Try the procedure in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and if that doesn't work,
Settings > Airplane Mode ON and Do Not Disturb ON
Power off and wait 5-10 minutes
Power on
Settings > Airplane Mode OFF and Do Not Disturb OFF
That has helped several users.
