how do i change the voicemail number my iphone 4 uses now that i have chnaged carriers

HI, i have left Vodafone but dont seem to be able to programme my new carriers voicemail - so i dial manually rather than use the voicemail button. Can anyone help, thanks

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
