does magic mouse work with the my Window 8 HP laptop?

Dear SIr,

i have purchased Apple MagicMouse but i am not thought that it's not run or not on my above specific laptop.

therefor, i am not use this mouse for scrolling or swiping but clicking and open aplication is better than another mouse.

currenty i use this mouse but i am not use for scrolling & swiping.

i requested to please improved your Boot camp software or please give me a best suggestion for this issue.
