Help! Really Strange. Stuck in Installation Process on Erase and Install

My goal is to erase and install os x on an imac at my office.

Unfortunately, I could not find the Restoration Disk so I called Apple Support and they mailed me the installation disks (It came as Disc 1 and Disc 2)

I was able to boot from CD and begin the installation process. The prompt for Disc 2 shows up and when I insert the disc, it displays that the CD has errors and asks to check the CD.

Calling Apple Support the second time resulted in a massive confusion because I am unable to check the serial code for the iMac (Since i'm stuck in installation mode) and the CD they decided to send me is Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

I've been trying to boot from CD since then but to no avail. It seems like the system is forever stuck in a loop that prompts me for the Disc 2.

Anyone got any suggestions on how I could restart the installation process?

I've tried all the keyboard shortcuts to boot from disc on startup but no cigar.

Please Help.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

How to find the serial number of your Apple hardware product...

Back to the 10.5 Install...

That second Disc thing happens frequently, the best way around it is to do a Custom install, and eliminate enough Printer Drivers, Languages, Fonts, and Applications you don't need... then it may skip #2 altogether.
