Q: I tried updating my iPad through I Tunes from IOS 4.3 to IOS 5 and it says the software is up to date. How can I update, please help

i tried updating my IPAD 2 from IOS 4.3 to IOS 5 but I am unable to do it through ITUNES as the message shown on the screen says that the software Is up to date. please help me in upgrading the software.
