App data is stored in only two places: on your iOS device, and as part of your iOS device backup. To restore app data to a new iOS device requires restoring that iOS device from a backup of the old iOS device. You follow this by syncing the apps back to the new iOS device.

Do you still have your old phones? Do you have a current backup of your old phones? If so, you can start over & restore this data. If you can answer yes to either of those two questions, post back & I'll tell you how to fix.

I restored my phone from a backup that I know contained my app data in the past. I'm just not sure as to why it hasn't synced this time. Any advice? Shall I attempt to restore from backup again?
