Q: Can I privately sell my Logic Studio?

I have the 9 disc set of Logic Studio which I currently don't use (I plan to purchase Logic Pro in the app store sometime next year)
Can I just go ahead and sell it privately or will there be some difficulty in licencing/it being attached to my computer or Apple
