could you help me ?

i just updated ios 6.1.3 for my iphone 3gs yesterday, but why apple said that is they could'nt activate my iphone with me anh they told me to try again later or contact care people, i really don't know when they could activated for me, i had been trying this for many times, please some one help me ?😢
