Q: Why did we change our artworks but they do not appear in the iTunes U preview?

Dear all,

we are setting up our public iTunes U site publishing all the content via Feeder. We haven't gone live yet.

We changed all the collections' artworks but the new ones do not show up in the iTunes U preview.

Is this a caching issue? Any idea to face the problem?

    Can you post a screen capture of the preview?  It might be helpful in fleshing out the issue.  All the best...

    Thanks Syd,

     

    we followed the following recommendations and it worked:

     

    "When updating an item’s image, be sure to use a different filename. iTunes U might not update the image if it checks your feed and the new image URL is exactly the same as the current image URL".
