I have just purchased a brand new iPhone 4s.. I am running MicroCRAP Windows 7 64 bit on a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 15 Laptop.. Unfortunately for some reason my iPhone refuses to work using bluetooth.. Not enough space here to explain?? It wasn't obvious that the above box was just for the title rather than the enitire problem.. To Continue:

I have had several Ordinary phones before at a fraction of the price of my iPhone and they have been easily discovered and connected EASILY??  Not so the iPhone.. It is added in the devices & Printers but has a yellow triangle with exclamation mark?? I have run troubleshooter but like everything MicroCRAP that is a total waste of time.. Surely the iPhone is clever enough to conect and allow me to read, write and transfer messages and photos to and fro.. But it seems not?? Can anyone help Please?? Once upon a time things were so easy but new technology seems to be going backwards making things far more complicated??

What do you mean it "refuses to work using bluetooth"?

The iPhone does not support bluetooth file transfer. The only thing you can use it for with any computer is tethering the internet connection from the phone.  You can not sync or transfer data with your computer via bluetooth. You can sync via cable or WiFi.

The yellow triangle indicates that the USB driver for the iPhone is either missing or out-of-date.  Try installing iTunes again and it should bring the latest USB drivers with it.
