Ummm..Sync them with iTunes.

And it begs to repeat the ageless mantra that MAC APPS DO NOT WORK ON IPHONES, IPHONE APPS DO NOT WORK ON MACS. So if the OP is thinking he/she can pop the MS Word from the Mac onto the phone and have joy, that won't happen and there will be no joy.
