Why won't my iphone 5 install ios 6.1.4 update? It has been there for weeks waiting for me to do an install. Everytime I try to do an install, after connecting to wi-fi, the error message tells me update is no longer available...but it won't go away.

itunes...my app store indicated an update was available and i did as I normally do, which is select install button,...but i was obviously unsuccessful this time
Try updating directly through your iPhone, if you can.
i tried that as well....keep getting error that the update is not available at this time..

What is the exact wording of the error message you received?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?
Really silly question: is it really an iPhone 5? 6.1.4 will not install on anything less. Sorry, it had to be asked.
