Why does every update sucks more?

Since the last two updates, iTunes screw my iPod. It deletes covers from various albums, one album ist twice on the iPod. One Copy contains only track 3, the other contains the remaining tracks. The Play/Pause button when double tap does exactly nothing since the last update.

The new GUI of iTunes is ****, you do not find whatever option you are looking for. Every windows application, even java apps and SAP are more intuitive as this mess. Think different ist often not thought enough.

Seems that the map app disaster on ios was just the beginning.
