I am trying to back up an iphone5 so that I can switch my information to my new iphone5 (job change). For some reason, it takes several minutes (10) before I get a backup failed message. Before that I simply get that it is backing up, with no progress being made. I have sufficient memory, etc. What could be causing the problem? Is there some way to fix this as I need to get my new phone set up?
