my user account has been disable both on lap top and i-phone.
i have tried changing my password but it did no good seeing as the home button is stuck might be part of the problem.
getting really tire dof apple. any feedback on samsung?

Just contact itunes support and ask them to enable it
Reset password. then if that is unsuccesful contact iphne tech support to contact itunes to re-enable.

You contacted itunes support? They told you to come here? Really? How did you contact them?
i have had a long day of trying to figure this out. att, apple store and i tunes. then your advice. i bleive that apple has plants on sites like these to cover up the fact that they have grown too fast to be able to keep up with the problems that are arising. no solutions. just runarounds.
