I Pod Shuffle Charging Issues

I bought this 2 weeks ago and charged and transfered music once from i tunes. After the battery depeleted I tried to charge it no luck in 3 different computer and a mains charger. Also no reaction from i tunes when I plug this in. Seems to a rebbuish product. Not impressed, taking it back to apple. From the thread it seems like many people have had similar problems. Apple should really address what the problem is a support the customer. Let me know if anyone has had similar issues.
