Q: rented movies

last night we rented Master of Disguise movie at 10:30 pm.  I knew I had 24 hours to finish the movie

When I logged on at 9:20 pm tonight, it was no longer in my rented movie as an option.

Please assist.  I have rented movies previously when this did not happen
