NeXTStep 3.3 / OpenSTEP 4.2

Anyone know why Apple don't put up NeXTStep 3.3 or OpenSTEP 4.2 for download now for at least the older NeXT black hardware ?

I know they probably wouldn't for Sun, HP or Intel hardware though.

But having the OS that NeXT black hardware was designed for freely available would be nice.
