How do I copy a DVD to iTunes 10?
I am trying to add a DVD to iTunes but whenever I select the disc through "Add to Library," the DVD doesn't copy to iTunes. Any suggestions?
iPod classic 160GB (Late 2009), Mac OS X (10.5.8), iTunes 10

What are you trying to copy?
Moveis/shows that you buy on DVD are encrypted to stop you from doing this. It is illegal to break this encryption.
Perhaps it is the encryption that is preventing the DVD from being copied, but it is not illegal to "break" the encryption. It's perfectly legal to make a copy for your own personal use.
It is perfectly capable to create a backup of the DVD. IT is not legal to break the encryption to allow for adding the movie to iTunes.
